Disclosure — Home Vault Corporation Savings Club (for Homeownership Purposes Only).

This Savings Club is operated by Home Vault Corporation (“Home Vault,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) solely to assist qualifying participants (“Members,” “you,” or “your”) in saving toward homeownership-related expenses. Participation in the Club does not constitute an investment in Home Vault Corporation or in any real estate investment trust (REIT) issued by Home Vault unless expressly stated in separate written documentation.

Purpose and Use of Funds

The Club is exclusively for saving toward homeownership purposes, including but not limited to: down payment, closing costs, financing fees, mortgage-related expenses, home purchase-related inspections, and other costs directly related to acquiring residential property.
Funds deposited into the Club must be used only for eligible homeownership expenses as defined by Home Vault. Use of Club funds for any other purpose is not permitted and may result in suspension, termination, or forfeiture of certain benefits as described in the Club terms.

Not an Investment or Guarantee of Financing

Membership in the Club is a savings program and not an investment product. Contributions to the Club are not shares, equity, securities, or ownership interests in Home Vault or any affiliated entity unless explicitly documented in a separate agreement.
Participation in the Club does not guarantee approval for a mortgage, loan, or any other financing. Any lending decisions are made solely by third-party lenders or mortgage providers however we will prepare members to be ready at the time of the closing.

Returns, Interest, and Fees

Any interest, returns, or yield on funds deposited to the Club, will be disclosed in the Club’s Membership type terms and account materials. Return amounts are not guaranteed and may vary.
Fees, charges, administrative costs, and penalties associated with Club participation will be disclosed in the Club terms. You are responsible for reviewing and understanding all applicable fees prior to joining.

Eligibility and Verification

Eligibility criteria for Club membership, including residency, age, and other qualification standards require by local laws, will be set forth in the Club terms. Membership may require identity verification and documentation of eligibility.
Home Vault Corp. reserves the right to verify information provided by applicants and to deny or revoke membership for failure to meet eligibility requirements or for suspected fraud or misuse.

Privacy and Use of Information

Personal information collected in connection with Club participation will be used in accordance with Home Vault’s privacy policy and applicable financial laws. By joining the Club, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in the Club documentation.

Risk and Warranty

Joining the Club carries financial and legal risks. Home Vault does not guarantee you will reach your savings goals, qualify for home-buying programs, or that market conditions will stay favorable, especially during extreme events beyond Home Vault’s control (for example, war).
Home Vault is not liable for losses or damages arising from your participation in the Club except as expressly provided in the Club agreement or required by law.

Compliance and Legal Requirements

Club administration and benefits are subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Requirements and benefits may change to remain compliant with applicable law.
Any tax implications of contributing to or receiving funds from the Club are your responsibility. Consult a tax advisor regarding tax treatment of deposits, distributions, or any other Club-related transactions.

Regulatory Programs Home Vault Corporation commits full compliance:

KYC, AML, BSA, OFAC, Data privacy and cybersecurity, FINCEN.

Dispute Resolution, Termination, Suspension, and Changes

Disputes arising from Membership participation will be governed by the dispute resolution procedures contained in the Savings Club agreement, which may include arbitration and limitations on class actions where permitted by law.
Home Vault reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Club Membership, its terms, benefits, eligibility requirements, or fee schedules at any time, with notice as required by the Club agreement or applicable law.
Upon termination, handling of remaining funds and member rights will follow the procedures set forth in the Savings Club terms.

By applying for or participating in the Home Vault Savings Club, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to this Disclaimer and Disclosure and to the full terms and conditions of the Club.
